Cancellation and refund policy:

*If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

*A cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge (for emergency please contact me) and no shows will be charged in full.

*For prepaid packages, a session will be deducted.

*While we do not provide refunds, we may provide company credits on a case by case basis if it is determined that a particular situation warrants it.
